and one private ski lake on 147 acres. Located in the
community of Ramona, Rancho Esquilago will provide water

living in one of San Diego Countys most desirable
neighborhoods. Developer plans for the enclave to also
include an equestrian center, unspoiled trails where residents
and neighbors can hike, bike and ride horseback, parks
to preserve the setting for future generations, native

and eucalyptus trees that mark the Ramona countryside.

The project site is 147.6 acres in size.
The project is located in the west end of the community
of Ramona, in San Diego County, located at the intersection
of Highland Valley Road and Traylor Road.
The project incorporates 29 lots for custom homes; each
parcel is at least 3 acres in size.
The focus of the project will be 1 regulation sized
water ski lake for the use of the residents of Rancho
Esquilago. The lake is 2,300 feet long, 300 feet wide
and 7 feet deep.
The developers plan to make Rancho Esquilago their home
when the project is complete.
